Refund Policy

All sales are final

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly Selfey and Selfey+ memberships and to one-time $49 Selfey Course purchases.

Selfey is digital content that is available immediately on purchase.

Where the law says otherwise

Some countries and regions give consumers statutory rights to cancel or be refunded for digital purchases. Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the law that applies to you.

If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund, contact us through the Help Center using the Membership + billing category and tell us where you are purchasing from.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a Selfey or Selfey+ membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing month.

You keep membership access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Courses after cancellation

Selfey Courses are one-time purchases. If you cancel a membership, or never had one, any course you purchased stays with your account.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

Genuine billing errors — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, a purchase that never delivered access — are corrected. Contact the Help Center with the date and amount and we will resolve it with our payment provider.
