Terms of Use
These terms apply whenever you use Selfey, create an account, hold a membership or purchase a Selfey Course.

What Selfey is
Selfey is a therapist-informed self-care education product. It provides written guidance, tools, courses and personalized self-care suggestions built from that content.
Selfey is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, psychological assessment, medical treatment or crisis support, and using Selfey does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Selfey accounts are for personal, household use — not for sharing, resale or commercial redistribution.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to hold a Selfey account. Child and Teen Selfey Profiles are managed by an adult account holder.
Membership
Selfey membership is monthly. Selfey is $19 USD per month and Selfey+ is $39 USD per month. Membership renews each month until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals.
When a membership ends, membership-only features and content stop being available. Anything stored on your own device remains on your device.
Selfey Courses
Selfey Courses are separate products, sold individually for $49 USD each as a one-time purchase. Courses are not included with Free, Selfey or Selfey+ membership.
A purchased course remains available to the account that bought it, including if that account has no active membership or later cancels one.
Payments
Payments, subscriptions, receipts and payment-method changes are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars and taxes may be added according to your location.
Purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.
Content and intellectual property
All Selfey writing, tools, graphics, courses, PDFs and photography are owned by Selfey or licensed to it. You may use and print them for your own personal or household self-care.
You may not copy, republish, resell, distribute or use Selfey material in a professional, clinical, educational or commercial setting without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access accounts, content or entitlements you have not paid for, interfere with the service, or extract content in bulk.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
Availability and changes
Selfey is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and content may change as it is revised and improved.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selfey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Selfey does not replace advice from a qualified health professional. Decisions about your health, or the health of a child in your care, remain yours and theirs.
